Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage assessments for Labor & Delivery patients
• Provide couplet care for mother and baby during the postpartum period
• Circulate in operating room cases as required
• Assist with newborn admits and deliveries
• Adhere to weekend, holiday, float, and on-call requirements per departmental guidelines
• Float to regional facilities as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NRP certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active AFM (Antepartum Fetal Monitoring) certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Multi-skill proficiency across triage, couplet care, OR circulation, and newborn care
• Familiarity with regional hospital systems and ability to adapt quickly to new environments
