Warehouse Administrator (Seasonal)

Our client, Chelsea Milling Company, is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Administrator to join their team. As a Seasonal Warehouse Administrator, you will be part of the Warehouse department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (seasonal)

Location: Chelsea, MI

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Accurate input of data into the BPCS System.
• Assist in the Recasing Room as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and files.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing and processing paperwork.
• Greet the public and assist with product distribution.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, operations manager, warehouse admin role, or similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong customer service skills, and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Strong typing skills of 40+ words per minute (demonstrated).
• Experience working in a busy office environment.
