Project Coordinator

Kforce is supporting a client hiring IT Project Coordinators to support the business in Brownsville, WI. This will require 5 days in the office to collaborate and work directly with their teams. The role is contract-to-hire, and the goal is to convert to a FTE after 6 months. Summary: This role supports Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects across multiple workstreams while ensuring project activities, documentation, schedules, financials, risks, resources, and deliverables are tracked, communicated, and maintained in alignment with PMO standards, governance, and best practices.

• Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting IT projects or project management activities
• Working knowledge of project coordination practices, documentation, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Project management certification or formal project management training
• Experience working within an IT PMO environment
• Experience using project and work management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams
