Program Manager

Responsibilities Oversee programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives Serve as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives Communicate and negotiate vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources Deliver regulatory and executive materials and ensure results align to program strategy Define program controls, processes, and procedures Monitor execution of defined tasks through tracking of milestones Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks Work with project sponsors and cross‑functional teams Create a clear approach to guide effective program setup, execution, and control Requirements 8+ years of project management experience Knowledge of structured project management methods Knowledge of Bank's Enterprise Change Policy & Standards Track record of delivering programs to plan and on budget Ability to assess an ill‑defined problem and propose the tasks & deliverables that will be necessary to achieve the desired outcome Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels Proficient with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio #J-18808-Ljbffr
