As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support and problem-solving. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution for staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Manage and document support requests, maintaining accurate records of issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant technical support position.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users.
