Overview Trade Marketing Manager – Rapidly Growing Cannabis Operator – Remote | Full-Time | Travel Required. Our client, a fast-scaling, multi-state cannabis operator, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market and promotional strategies across multiple states, ensuring the brand shows up powerfully in every market they serve. What You’ll Do Build, manage, and mentor a team of field marketing reps across multiple markets Oversee demand planning for swag, national activations, and local market needs Manage execution of pop-ups, trade events, budtender education, and localized campaigns tailored to each market’s regulations and consumer trends Lead project management workstreams (Monday.com or Asana expertise strongly preferred) Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams for cohesive brand execution Gather and analyze field insights to inform product launches and optimize market performance What We’re Looking For 3+ years in marketing operations or trade/field marketing leadership Cannabis experience helpful but not required Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and managing remote teams Willingness to travel for events, activations, and market visits This is a remote role with travel to key markets—perfect for a marketing leader who thrives on fast-paced growth, strategic execution, and boots-on-the-ground impact.
