• Immediate Start: We are urgently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem LPNs and RNs.

Role of Charge Nurse:

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer and record prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Assist and empower patients in daily tasks, maintaining their independence and self-esteem.
• Address complex needs typical in geriatric care, involving family when beneficial.
• Must hold a current Arkansas Nursing License or be a recent graduate ready to obtain licensure.
