What You'll Do:

• Monitor residents' mental and physical well-being, report changes promptly
• Accurately transcribe, administer, and document physician orders and medications
• Supervise and support nursing assistants in resident care activities
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Perform wound care, administer oxygen, and manage other treatments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians during rounds and communicate effectively with families
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed on your unit
• Manage shift responsibilities, documentation, and team coordination
• Support orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff

What You Need:

• Valid New Hampshire LVN or LPN license
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
