Social Media Marketing Specialist

Owning the social commerce program end-to-end, the full-time Paid Social Marketing Specialist will manage media buying, produce creative content, and optimize landing pages while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end campaign setup, bidding, and budget allocation on Meta, with plans to expand to TikTok and other channels Produce and deploy ad creative at scale using modern AI tools, continuously testing and iterating for optimal performance Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution of clicks and conversions Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in paid social marketing with a focus on direct-response and e-commerce results Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok or other paid social platforms is a strong plus Proficiency in AI creative tools and design/video software such as Canva and CapCut Proven ability to create high-converting landing pages with a strong understanding of user experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio and track record
