Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Wage: Up to $215.80 per hour. About the Role Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners are invited to start or grow their private practice with Headway. As an independent provider, you will be responsible for delivering psychotherapy and medication management services while maintaining full control of your schedule and caseload. Qualifications Fully licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner DEA or CDS number ANCC or AANP board certification Valid NPI number Commercial malpractice insurance Benefits & Support Hassle‑free insurance credentialing (multiple states within up to 30 days) Competitive rates and predictable bi‑weekly payments Built‑in EHR tools, real‑time scheduling, secure client messaging, documentation templates, and assessments Compliance and audit support Free continuing education (CEUs via Headway Academy) Marketing support and patient referrals Immediate insurance verification for patients Role Type This is a 1099 independent contractor role with full autonomy over hours and caseload. Important Notes Headway currently does not support mental health professionals who are not fully licensed.
