Employment Type: Direct Hire A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter II to support full-cycle recruiting across both manufacturing and corporate functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Position Overview This role serves as a key liaison between hiring managers, staffing agencies, and candidates, managing end-to-end recruiting activities while also supporting onboarding, HR administration, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives. Position Overview This role serves as a key liaison between hiring managers, staffing agencies, and candidates, managing end-to-end recruiting activities while also supporting onboarding, HR administration, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and prioritization
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
- Maintain ATS/HRIS data integrity (Paycom preferred)
- Generate recruiting reports and support workforce tracking
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments
- Experience recruiting both production and professional roles
- Strong relationship management with hiring managers and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- HR generalist or onboarding experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator with a sense of urgency
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
- Collaborative, professional, and process-oriented
- Comfortable in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment
- Interview process: HRBP ? HR team ? Leadership

- Compensation: $72,500-$93,600 DOE
