Evening shift stability: 3 PM 11 PM (Okemos & Lansing clients) Health insurance after 90 days: Free Telehealth, Medications, and Mental Health, with options to purchase MEC or BCBS Dental & vision may be available after 30 days Paid training no prior caregiving experience required Supportive office staff who value your work and respect your time Career development opportunities grow with us as we grow

Provide companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping Assist with personal care and mobility needs Be the dependable presence families rely on during evening hours Support seniors in maintaining dignity, independence, and comfort

Compassionate, reliable, and positive individuals Availability to work 3 PM 11 PM shifts, or 2 pm-10 PM (flexible schedules available) Caregiving experience preferred, but not required training provided Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
