Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. This position involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires three 12-hour night shifts, totaling 48 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds

Patient Ratio: 1:6, typically

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.

Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.

Participate in patient education and advocacy to enhance health outcomes.

Willingness to float to any Medical-Surgical unit as required.

Minimum of 2 years of current Medical-Surgical nursing experience.

Telemetry experience is required.

Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly preferred.

Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred.

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts is required.

Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be in hand at the time of application.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this role.
