General Manufacturing Associate

Wages starting at 21 per hour for this position

Listed below are the qualifications required for consideration: Required Qualifications: Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Adhere to all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Ability to work within shift timeframes as well as adhere to overtime requirements Exhibit reliable and predictable attendance Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment Willingness to perform physical work for extended shifts (8–12 hours) Ability to safely use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or industrial experience Experience in metalworking, steel, or aluminum environments Mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting or repairing equipment Basic math skills and ability to understand measurements Willingness and ability to be cross-trained across multiple roles Skills to Be Successful in This Role: Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset Strong attention to detail to meet quality and product specifications Clear communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes and instructions Adaptability in a fast-changing production environment Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn from mistakes Self-motivated with a focus on personal growth and skill development
