Marketing Director

Govig Healthcare Group, the premier executive search firm specializing in senior living, is partnering with a premier developer and operator of luxury senior living communities to identify their next Director of Marketing . We're seeking an experienced marketing leader from senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or another multi-site real estate environment to help drive the next phase of growth. Based in Denver, CO , this is an exciting opportunity to lead portfolio-wide marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across a growing portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury communities. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll drive integrated marketing strategies that support occupancy growth, new developments, lease-ups, brand consistency, and community performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of portfolio-wide marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, public relations, events, and local community marketing. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support occupancy growth and business objectives. Oversee marketing strategy for new developments, lease-ups, acquisitions, grand openings, and stabilized communities. Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and campaign performance while identifying opportunities to optimize ROI. Ensure consistent brand execution across a growing portfolio of luxury communities. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a multi-site environment. Experience leading integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and measurable results. Strong background partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and agency relationships in a fast-paced environment.
