Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the specialty License: Current nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience, patient ratio experience, charting system experience Description: Please carefully read the submittal instructions before applying. Auto offer with bi-weekly orientation. Float may be required. Weekend coverage is required; two weekends per month or every other weekend. Travelers requesting time off during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to several designated holidays throughout the year. Travelers may address any holiday requests directly with the manager after arrival for their assignment. Candidates' permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. Supplied documentation must validate proof of residency. All required certifications and licensure must be in hand at the time of application. Certifications/licensure must not expire within 45 days of the start date. Charting system experience is required. Return to a previously worked campus within 24 months is restricted. Travel teams that are related or married cannot work on the same unit. Floating is done in accordance with floating policies. Policies comply with current standards and include appropriate orientation. Modules are completed during orientation and annually, hours may vary by department.
