3x12/DAYS-NIGHTS Rotating (facility is willing to work with traveler's shift preference), Start: 2 weeks from offer, GT: 36, REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Med/Surg, ER, and CHARGE, Length: 13 weeks, Submissions must have Minnesota license in-hand, CAH facility located in Slayton, MN 25 total beds Charting: EPIC Med/Surg Ratio: 1:3, Traveler will float between Med/Surg and ED as needed (Med/Surg and ER Skills Checklist REQUIRED), Facility does have housing options available - PLEASE DISCUSS IN INTERVIEW, Scrubs: ANY COLOR, Required Certs: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC (PALS (AHA) preferred but not required)See less.
