The Services Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join our team. This vertical focuses on several key areas: Environmental Services, Industrial & Infrastructure Services, Commercial & Residential Services, Professional Services and Technology & Information Services. This position is based out of either our Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH offices. Responsibilities:

Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management Performs financial analysis and modeling. Conducts industry research and business due diligence Develops client presentation materials Qualifications: Two or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting) Sell side M&A experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and organization skills Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines Work Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
