Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

Gentiva is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing role in Greenville, Alabama. The RN will lead patient assessments, provide skilled nursing care at home or in facilities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans. CPR certification and a valid RN license are required, with at least 1 year of RN experience in hospice or related settings.
