Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws, specimen collection, and ensuring proper labeling and handling according to established protocols. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient comfort and clear communication.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens accurately for testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance regulations.
• Adhere to infection control and workplace safety procedures.

• Proficiency in phlebotomy, blood draw, and venipuncture.
• Experience in specimen collection and handling.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid phlebotomy certification.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in phlebotomy.
• Familiarity with using butterfly needles and laboratory equipment.
• Strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position in a trusted company and team environment. The role requires adherence to infection control and workplace safety procedures while working in a medical laboratory setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bartlesville, OK.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
