Job Summary:
A Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is sought for a role at an acute care facility located in Little Falls, Minnesota. The position involves providing specialized care in the Labor and Delivery unit, with a focus on Obstetrics, Neonatal, and Medical-Surgical/Pediatric experience. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Little Falls, Minnesota
• Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, every 3rd weekend, and every 3rd holiday
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Labor and Delivery (L&D), MedSurg, and Peds; critical access experience preferred
• Licensure: License to submit required
• EMR System: EPIC
• Additional Information: RTO needed upfront; no additional RTO will be approved after submission. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius and may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity within the past year. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment if necessary.
• Responsibilities: Monitoring and managing labor and delivery cases, adhering to AWHONN guidelines, and responding to call or standby requirements with a 1-hour response time.
• Additional: No scrubs dress code; communication and motivation skills are attributes that contribute to success on this unit.
