Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview Unit requires a Structural Heart Scrub experience. Travelers must be available the first week and attend all orientation. Failure to attend may delay or cancel the start. Start date is confirmed on the Tuesday prior to the start week. Responsibilities Perform Structural Heart Scrub and monitor duties during procedures including TAVR. Assist with catheterization and other Cath‑Lab procedures (Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader). Conduct monitoring, IV start, and conscious sedation as required. Provide support for advanced procedures such as Watchman, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement. Interpret rhythm and provide EKG settings expertise. Participate in a 10‑hour shift schedule, Monday–Friday, with 4 shifts per day, 07:00–17:30. Fulfill call and weekend call requirements; 9‑11 days in a 6‑week cycle, 1–2 weekends depending on rotation. Adhere to a no‑RTO policy; any requested Return to Office is disallowed and may result in cancellation. Schedule and Float Shift: 40 hours per week, 10‑hour days (4 days a week). Float possibility: Rare, primarily to EP if required; may involve PT holding area within Cath lab. Unit uses EPIC and MAC Lab systems. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week; must be fully available. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Structural Heart/Cardiology. Certified in ACLS and BLS. Must hold at least one of RCIS or ARRT. Preferred: experience in Cryo/Cath‑Lab procedures (PCI, Heart Catheterization, Ablations). Strong monitor, PA lines, telemetry experience. Hands‑on experience with complex PCI and Structural Heart procedures. Travel Details Opportunity for up to 13 weeks; 10‑hour daily shifts.
