Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
• Educational Specialist I or II Certificate (required)
• Willingness and ability to work in Carbon or Lehigh County, with flexibility as assignments may rotate
• Available for standard school-day hours, up to 35 hours per week
• Proven comfort and experience working with children and adolescents with varying disabilities
• Must attend an in-person interview to be considered

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned to student IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress in school environments
• Maintain thorough documentation and clear communication as required by school policy
• Adapt interventions for each student’s unique needs and educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
