JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Must possess math skills for working with and converting fractions and decimals, and for multiplying and dividing Must have excellent attendance and work records Must have mastered the roll of Extrusion Technician or have similar experience from previous places of employment Must have a good mechanical aptitude – hydraulics, mechanics, equipment operations Must have leadership qualities High school education preferred Must possess a sound composure Willingness to work overtime when necessary or requiredWORK ENVIRONMENT

Fast-paced, must be a self-starterESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Lead Technician Trainer for learning and understanding of the extrusion process. Peel and grind returns. Learn to operate all Quality Assurance equipment and understand the purpose and function of each device. Learn to read and understand the schedule and the narratives it contains to ensure a quality product is produced that meets customer expectations. Learn to follow and understand product specifications. Follow all safety rules and regulations set forth by Plaskolite. Complete all projects and duties as assigned.
