Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. \n
- Administer diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals, ensuring progress is regularly monitored and adjusted as needed. \n
- Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring continuity and efficacy in treatment. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, enabling effective tracking of client progress. \n
- Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to identify and address immediate safety concerns among clients, proactively managing high-risk situations. \n

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards. \n

- Prior experience working within a telehealth framework and understanding the unique aspects of delivering care remotely. \n
