Senior Tax Associate, Real Estate

Job Description As a Senior Tax Associate, you will identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for a diverse client base within the construction and real‑estate industries. Working in a highly interactive team environment, you will participate in the tax planning and consultation process for clients, delivering an outstanding client experience. You will research client issues and regularly communicate findings with managers. Strong social skills and the ability to mentor staff and interns will contribute to the continued success of the team. Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for construction and real‑estate clients Participate in the tax planning and consultation process, delivering outstanding client experience Research client issues and communicate findings with managers Mentor staff and interns Qualifications BS in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation or LLM is a plus CPA required Real‑estate partnership experience preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting focusing on real‑estate and construction Successful engagement and client‑management skills Ability to identify and resolve client issues within the tax team Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise Experience with growing client relationships Hybrid Work Environment This position operates in a hybrid work environment that balances remote flexibility with regular in‑person collaboration.
