Logistics Assistant

A delivery date is only useful if the order details, carrier information, and receiving team all match. We’re looking for a Logistics Assistant at our Waukesha worksite to help keep those details aligned.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a primarily weekday schedule. You’ll work with the logistics team and receive training on our systems, documents, and shipment procedures.

What you’ll handle

• Enter and update shipment information, delivery dates, and order references.
• Prepare routine shipping documents and check them for accuracy.
• Contact carriers or suppliers for status updates and pass changes to the team.
• Work with warehouse and receiving colleagues when deliveries arrive.
• Record shortages, damaged items, or other discrepancies for follow-up.
• Keep shipment records organized so the team can trace what happened.

What will help you settle in

You’re comfortable checking numbers and addresses, asking a clear question, and following a task through to its conclusion. You may have worked in a warehouse, shipping office, retail stockroom, or another organized, time-sensitive setting. Prior logistics experience is useful but not essential.

The Logistics Assistant is a starting point for learning shipment coordination, inventory records, and supplier communication. As you become confident with the process, you can take responsibility for a group of orders or a regular carrier schedule. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k).
