Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to student success
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions to students as outlined in individualized plans
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
• Work alongside teachers, school staff, and families to ensure continuity of interventions
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions
• Adapt strategies and approaches to meet each student’s specific needs
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
