Responsibilities for a Building Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:

• Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, RO water systems, air compressors, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex utility systems and facility equipment within a regulated GMP environment, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors , oversee small facility improvement projects, and mentor team members to support operational excellence.

Candidates for Building Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) paired with 4+ years of applicable work experience in facilities or building maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, BMS) and the ability to interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership and physical capability , including excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Preferred: Experience with GMP/FDA regulations, Boiler/steam systems, CMMS software, or trade certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC).

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
