Ready to write your story?Join MoFo as a CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATIONS ADVISORin our Congressional Investigations group!This role is based in Washington, D.C.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a Congressional Investigations Advisor who can transform fast-moving Capitol Hill developments into polished client alerts, sharp talking points, and incisive briefing memoranda. In this role, you'll draft daily and weekly intelligence updates, distill dense oversight hearings into concise summaries, and craft external-facing content that keeps clients ahead of the news cycle. If you have a talent for producing accurate, well-sourced writing on quick turnaround—whether that's a client letter, a research brief, or a proposal for new business—and want to put those skills to work at the intersection of law, policy, and government investigations, we want to hear from you.Maintain a working knowledge of the legislative process and key committees on Capitol Hill relating to investigations in particular. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
