Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. Use advanced tools such as Adobe, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering to create and present design plans and concepts. Oversee the renovation and repositioning of properties, including office buildings, plazas, and outdoor areas. Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulations and codes. Conduct risk management processes to minimize project risks and potential issues. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the engineering industry, focusing on commercial projects and tenant improvements (TI). Proven experience with Adobe, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering. Solid understanding of renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations of properties. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. Experience managing project budgets and resources. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
