Custodian

CustodianThe Custodian is responsible for maintaining sanitation levels in and around company facilities as set forth by company standards. Responsibilities include:Cleaning terminal with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standardsRemoving all refuse from offices, restrooms, break-rooms, and building daily ensuring trash cans are empty and cleanEnsuring that restrooms are stocked with necessary suppliesRelocating, moving, and adjusting office furniture as necessaryEnsuring that pest control systems are operating efficiently and that the highest degree of sanitation and housekeeping is maintainedRemoving ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lot(s)Maintaining company grounds free from litter and debrisPreparing company required reports on labor and equipmentMaintaining a log on the history of repairs by type of equipmentPreparing complete and accurate records and reports as requiredReporting any safety problems to the shift supervisorComplying with OSHA and MSDS standardsPerforming other duties as instructed by the Operations ManagerQualifications include:Attention to detailGood communication skillsPrevious experience requiredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
