Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,743 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Windsor, Connecticut. Responsibilities Provide evaluations and treatments for patients recovering from musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries in an outpatient clinic. Communicate treatment plans and progress to medical teams and specialty physicians. Collaborate with center colleagues to identify care issues and follow established clinical protocols within an outpatient orthopedic therapy team. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master a0or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association). Current, active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal patients in a clinic setting. Ability to communicate treatment plans and patient progress to medical teams, including orthopedic and hand surgeons. Preferred Qualifications Prior outpatient orthopedic experience in a fast-paced clinic setting. Experience working collaboratively with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours per day Mon/29 through Fri; typical outpatient hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM as indicated by client requirements. Location Windsor, CT. Outpatient clinic setting focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal care.
