You’ll backpack, bow drill, cook over fires, hold strong boundaries, and support students through breakthroughs.

We Provide:

• Ongoing mentorship + biweekly professional development
• Opportunities for advancement and WFR certification
• Supportive community and staff culture

Perks + Pay:

• $150–$215/day (based on experience)
• Health, dental, vision + 401K w/ 4% match
• PTO starts on Day 1
• Gear discounts + dog-friendly field shifts (with approval)
• Annual bonuses

What You’ll Need:

• 21+ years old
• Minimum: HS diploma or undergraduate degree
• First Aid, CPR/AED
• Physically fit to hike w/ 25+ lbs
• Clear drug, background, and physical screenings

Preferred but not required:
Experience with youth, mental health, outdoor living, teaching, or group leadership.
