Shift / Hours: PER DIEM NOW HIRING PT – Physical Therapist, PRN We Offer Excellent Compensation Great Benefits Package Training Programs and Support Career Advancement Duties Work as part of the Therapy Team. Measure and record residents’ function, gait, strength, ROM, balance, and mobility. Observe residents and write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation. Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises. Treat residents with various techniques, such as soft‑tissue mobilization and exercise progression. Help residents use necessary equipment and devices. Educate residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve function. Maintain residents’ confidentiality. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to the entire team’s effort and goals. Requirements Graduate of an accredited PT program. Current NJ State PT license. Experience in long‑term‑care settings preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.
