We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure and cloud-connected services in Cleveland, Ohio. This role focuses on identity management, automation, secure integrations, and platform administration across Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in scripting, cloud services, and system connectivity while helping maintain reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
• Design, administer, and improve identity and access solutions using Active Directory and Entra ID, including policy enforcement and governance controls.
• Develop automation scripts and workflow solutions with PowerShell, Power Apps, and Power Automate to streamline operational tasks and improve service delivery.
• Manage and support Azure-based resources such as application services, serverless components, storage solutions, and network-connected services.
• Configure secure communication between internal and external systems using OAuth, service principals, and hybrid identity approaches.
• Build and maintain integrations that enable dependable data exchange across platforms while supporting security and performance standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support web-based applications that rely on JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Write and optimize complex database queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and application functionality.
• Apply best practices for data protection, integrity, and governance across systems and integrations.
• Support ongoing platform improvements and operational initiatives related to connected systems and infrastructure services.• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a closely related infrastructure role.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including Group Policy, conditional access, and identity governance.
• Solid experience working within Microsoft Azure, including app services, Azure Functions, storage, networking, and cloud integration patterns.
• Proven ability to establish and manage secure system connections using OAuth, service principals, and hybrid identity configurations.
• Working knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases and the ability to create complex queries for operational or application needs.
• Understanding of data governance, security controls, and data integrity best practices.
