Quality Department Lead — Ground-Up Build & High Impact

Silver Line Recruiting LLC is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire a Quality Department Lead who will build and shape the entire quality function. This highly visible role supports a production team of 20-25 and plans to expand the quality team with two technicians. The successful candidate will own supplier quality, documentation, and QMS implementation, lead root-cause investigations, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Silver Line Recruiting LLC
