The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or related engineering degree.Experience in a related engineering role.Desired SkillsMilitary or civilian flight experienceKnowledge of MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-516, ARP-4761, and/or ARP-4754Knowledge of FAA and military regulations and processesPrevious experience writing technical reports on complex subject matterExperience with military or government programsKnowledge of statistical analysis methodsAircraft system safety engineering experienceTraining or experience related to system safety or airworthinessModel-based system engineering (MBSE) training or experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
