Night-Shift RRT — Critical Care Respiratory Therapist

Job Description Job Description Job Description: Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Shift: Nights Location: Oviedo, FL 32765 Schedule: Full-Time / Permanent Night Shift Rotating Weekends Compensation: Pay Range: $28/hr. – $40/hr. (based on experience) + Benefits Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hr. Weekend Differential: $3/hr $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join their Respiratory Therapy team on a night shift with rotating weekends . The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and/or labor & delivery and will provide high-quality respiratory care to adult and neonatal patients in an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform and document respiratory patient assessments including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy Initiate, monitor, and maintain invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation Assist with artificial airway placement and ventilator-dependent patient transport Monitor patient response to respiratory treatments and intervene appropriately Respond to emergency respiratory situations and support resuscitation efforts Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of RRT experience required Critical Care and/or Labor & Delivery experience preferred NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required Florida State Respiratory Therapist license required Associate Degree required BLS certification required within 30 days of hire ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire CRT candidates will not be considered Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement and certification support Paid time off and family leave programs ~JB Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
