We are more than just a toy store — we create experiences through exceptional customer service, product demonstrations, and community events. Responsibilities Engage customers and drive sales through upselling and add-ons Confidently demo toys and stay current on product knowledge Provide high-quality customer service and assist with product selection Operate POS system (Counterpoint) efficiently and accurately Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise (boxes may exceed 30 lbs) Support and participate in store events Assist with social media content when needed Other duties as assigned Schedule Saturday–Wednesday: 10AM–5PM Thursday–Friday: 10AM–8PM Shifts: 10–5 (Sat–Wed) and 10–3:30 or 3:30–8:30 (Thurs–Fri) We are seeking candidates with general open availability and flexibility in their schedule. Qualifications No retail experience required — we will train the right person Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication skills Willing to learn and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work in a team environment Sales incentives are available for meeting store and individual goals.
