Remote Inpatient CDI Specialist for Risk and Documentation
Hyre Harper Co.
Hyre Harper Co. is seeking an experienced Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Specialist I for a fully remote role. This position supports the CDI program focusing on reconciliation of reviews and weekend coverage.
The ideal candidate has a background in risk adjustment coding and concurrent CDI review, with strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting medical record reviews, collaborating with clinical staff, and ensuring documentation integrity.
