That's what sets our products apart: durable, helpful, and caring.Your missionThe Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Cosco brand across North America and key global retail customers. The role is responsible for approximately 100 million in annual revenue and is accountable for driving profitable growth, market share expansion, customer relationships, and execution excellence across a diverse retail portfolio. The position leads all manufacturer representative groups, manages strategic retail accounts, and directs the internal sales organization.This position does not support immigration sponsorship.Key responsibilitiesKey Retail Account ResponsibilityLowe's, Target, Costco, Amazon, Ace Hardware, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and other strategic retail accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual and long-range sales strategies.Develop annual sales budget.Deliver revenue, margin, and market share objectives.Lead pricing and program negotiations, joint business planning, assortment reviews, and promotional strategies.Manage all manufacturer representative groups and conduct performance reviews.Lead and develop the internal sales team.Provide sales forecasting, demand planning, and business analysis.Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure all customer KPIs are executed on time and on target.Identify new business opportunities and distribution expansion initiatives.Build executive-level customer relationships and drive omnichannel growth.Team Leadership:Direct Reports:1 Key Account Manager2 Sales CoordinatorsIndirect Leadership:All Manufacturer Representative Groups supporting the Cosco businessYour profileQualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.Experience managing major retail accounts and rep organizations.Strong negotiation, forecasting, analytical, and people leadership skills.Are you ready to grow with us?The people behind our products and brands make Dorel Juvenile an even stronger company.
