Already a Flexologist or Assisted Stretch Coach?

Tired of stretching clients all day? At The Exercise Coach, you'll mix assisted stretching with one-on-one personal training: and our stretch sessions are only 20 minutes. Less wear on your body, more variety in your day, and a paid certification that expands your skillset .

Flexologists, Assisted Stretch Coaches, and Mobility Specialists are strongly encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, athletic training, physical therapy, kinesiology, and corrective exercise.

Compensation:

• Listed pay of $18-$23 per hour. ( Additional pay for stretching!)
• Certification bonus upon completion.
• Annual performance reviews with potential pay increases.

Professional Development:

• No personal training certification or degree required
• Paid 'The Exercise Coach' certification

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach:
As a certified exercise coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultation sessions to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
• Deliver assisted stretching sessions throughout the day, mixed with personal training. No more than 3 hours total of stretching per day.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support clients goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
