Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ CT and radiographic techniques to produce diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnoses
• Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to enhance imaging quality
• Uphold radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and fellow staff
• Keep current documentation, such as imaging records and equipment upkeep
• Deliver empathetic care to patients throughout the imaging procedures
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient imaging atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Graduated from an accredited radiology program

Necessary Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Valid BLS certification or the ability to acquire within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills

• Expertise in diagnostic imaging practices and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare colleagues
• Ability to ace a fast-paced work setting while remaining adaptable
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with modern imaging software, PACS, and RIS
