Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time/Part-Time/Per Diem

The Osborn | Rye, NY | $25.45 per hour

Shifts Available:

Day: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Evenings: 3:30pm -11:30pm

Nights: 11:30pm - 7:30am

The Osborn, a nationally recognized senior living community located in Rye, New York, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Position Summary:
The CNA provides direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring that each resident maintains the highest level of dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their overall well-being.
• Follow established care plans and communicate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State CNA certification required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Assisted Living setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Schedule:

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Day, Evening, and Night shifts

Compensation:

• $25.45 per hour
• Shift differentials for evening and night shifts (if applicable)
