Job Responsibilities:

• Assist middle school teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Monitor student behavior and assist in resolving conflicts
• Support the overall academic and social development of middle school students

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
• Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
