Intelligence Management Specialist (Top Secret/SCI Clearance)

In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, I will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. What level Clearance do I need? I must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination. When is this position expected to begin? Using my expertise in intelligence management, I will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. In addition, I will: Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting. Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings. Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities. Create read‑ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and build read‑ahead books or material for official functions and meetings. Provide cross‑domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support. Other duties as assigned. What experience, training, and education do I need? I must meet the minimum requirements: Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willingness to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination. At least 8 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 7 years of demonstrated experience related to the specific labor category in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years. Bachelor’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Associate’s degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline. Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the position. Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced. Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Ability to provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Ability to use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives. Comprehensive understanding of Army editing standards, classification standards and the DIA style guide. Possesses elevated skills in writing, initiative, editorial judgment and professional collaboration. Where is the client site that I would be working for?
