Installer - Epoxy Floor Coatings and Closet Systems/Cabinetry of all kinds
Compensation: $20-$23/hour + DOE
Employment type: Part time / Full-time

We are hiring installer helpers to do epoxy flooring and garage cabinet installations. Closet, office, and other organizational system installs will also be required as needed. We will train but you must have skills in one of the 2 types of work, and experience with hand and power tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience with epoxy concrete coatings and/or carpentry
• Familiarity, experience and displayed competency with a variety of tools
• Appearance and hygiene commensurate with interacting with a broad range of homeowners
• Ability to interact with customers in their homes and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
• 100% Fluent in English
• Appearance and hygiene commensurate with interacting with a broad range of homeowners
• Great attitude and desire to help people improve their homes
• Flexibility and desire to learn
• Ability to keep all tools & equipment clean and in good working order
• Attention to detail and an organized state of mind
• Ability to take direction and execute without variance
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a trailer attached is a bonus.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Able to lift 50 lbs+ using proper techniques
• Other miscellaneous job duties such as warehouse maintenance
• 99% of work is done M-F 7-5, with occasional Saturday work. Pay will be based on experience and demonstrated value. Total compensation for a good lead installer could be higher for excellent skills.
• This job is an on-site position, meaning that the work is in a different location each day. There may be the opportunity to travel directly to the jobsite, or drive to the shop and leave from there.
