Our growing pediatric dental office is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator who is knowledgeable, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping children and families access the care they need. What You'll Do

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
• Resolve claim issues and denials
• Communicate clearly with insurance companies and patient families
• Review treatment estimates and maximize insurance benefits
• Work closely with our clinical and front office teams to create an exceptional patient experience
• Stay current on insurance policies and dental coding

What We're Looking For

• Experience in dental insurance coordination (required)
• Knowledge of PPO plans, claim processing, and dental terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Someone who is dependable, motivated, and enjoys working with children and families
• Eaglesoft or Open Dental experience is a plus
