• Assess patients and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $105,000, which includes productivity incentives.
